7/21/2006Criminal Justice Commission Appoints Chief State's Attorney, Deputy Chief State's Attorney for Personnel, Finance and Administration
  The Honorable Richard N. Palmer, Chairman of the Criminal Justice Commission, announced today that the Commission has appointed Kevin T. Kane as Chief State’s Attorney effective September 5, 2006. The Commission also reappointed John J. Russotto as Deputy Chief State’s Attorney for Personnel, Finance and Administration. The appointment, for a four-year term, is effective immediately.
